We feel very honoured to have been given the opportunity to adapt carved details from furniture housed within the Palace House, Beaulieu.

A bespoke Garden Plaque taken from a 17th century oak blanket chest, situated in the Portrait Gallery.


This depicts a fertility symbol, thought to ward off evil spirits.

Handmade using a specialist exterior material with attributes that resemble natural stone.

Weather/water resistant.  Protect from hard frost.

Size approx: 188mm x 392mm

Once the gatehouse of the medieval Beaulieu Abbey, Palace House has been in the Montagu family home since 1538.

Beaulieu is an award winning family day out with many attractions, including the National Motor Museum.
