Terms and Conditions of Gift Vouchers

• They are charged upon ordering
• Gift Vouchers are emailed electronically to the recipient on the date specified by the purchaser
• They are valid for 12 months after issue
• Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will be sent to the purchaser once the order is completed by The-Old Piping Bag
• Gift Voucher values cannot be used towards delivery of goods
• Gift Vouchers cannot be returned once the order has been completed by The-Old Piping Bag
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
• If items purchased using the Gift Voucher is less than the Voucher amount, the remaining balance is no longer available
• If items purchased exceed the Gift Voucher amount, the remaining value of the order, plus delivery costs of goods must be paid in order to complete the order
• Goods purchased using gift vouchers can be returned in accordance with The-Old Piping Bag’s returns policy (see Terms and Conditions) and Distance Selling Regulations, but cannot be refunded.  A replacement gift voucher will be issued in place of a refund.  Additional monies paid above the original gift voucher value will be refunded.
